FAQ
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: How do I choose the right Air Fryer capacity for my family?
A: Air Fryer capacity depends on family size and usage—we list guidelines on every product page:
- 2L–3L: Ideal for 1–2 people (cooks 1–2 servings: e.g., 4 chicken nuggets, 1 small pizza).
- 4L–5L: Perfect for 3–4 people (cooks 3–4 servings: e.g., a whole chicken breast, 6 fries portions).
- **6L+: Best for families of 5+ or batch cooking (cooks 5+ servings: e.g., a whole roast chicken, 10 wings).
Pro tip: If you love meal prepping, size up—larger Air Fryers let you cook more at once. Email us with your family size and cooking habits if you’re unsure!
Q: Are Enamel Pots safe for all stovetops and ovens?
A: Most of our Enamel Pots are compatible with multiple heat sources—check the product page for details:
- Stovetop Safe: Works with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction stovetops (look for “induction-compatible” labels for induction use).
- Oven Safe: Heat-resistant up to 220°C–250°C (safe for baking, roasting—do not use the lid in the oven if it has a plastic handle).
Avoid heating empty Enamel Pots (can cause chipping) and use silicone/wooden utensils (metal utensils scratch the enamel). If you’re unsure about oven/stovetop compatibility, email us for a product’s specific heat limits.
Q: What materials are Storage Boxes made of, and are they food-safe?
A: We offer two types of Storage Boxes, clearly labeled on product pages:
- Food-Safe Storage Boxes: Made of BPA-free, food-grade PP plastic (safe for storing leftovers, snacks, or dry goods like cereal). Dishwasher-safe (top rack) and microwave-safe (remove the lid first).
- Non-Food Storage Boxes: Made of durable PP plastic (for clothing, toys, or household items)—not food-safe.
All Storage Boxes are stackable (save space!) and have airtight lids (keeps contents fresh or dust-free).
Q: How do I clean and maintain an Air Fryer to keep it working well?
A: Follow these simple steps (detailed in the user manual):
- After Each Use: Unplug the Air Fryer and let it cool. Remove the cooking basket and wash with warm, soapy water (or put it in the dishwasher—top rack). Wipe the interior with a damp cloth (avoid abrasive sponges).
- Weekly Deep Clean: Mix baking soda and water into a paste, wipe the interior (removes grease buildup), then rinse with a damp cloth. Clean the air vents (use a soft brush to remove dust—blocked vents reduce efficiency).
- Monthly Check: Inspect the power cord for damage and ensure the heating element is free of food debris.
Do not use harsh chemicals (bleach, ammonia) or pressure washers—can damage the Air Fryer’s interior.
Q: Can I use metal utensils with Enamel Pots?
A: No—metal utensils (e.g., forks, spatulas) scratch the enamel coating, which can lead to chipping and rusting. We recommend using:
- Silicone utensils (heat-resistant up to 250°C).
- Wooden utensils (gentle on enamel, won’t scratch).
- Nylon utensils (affordable and durable).
We sell compatible silicone utensil sets—check our “Kitchen Accessories” section if you need replacements!
