Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to Australian addresses (covering all states and territories: South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Australian Capital Territory). International shipping is not available at this time—this decision is based on two key considerations:
- Logistics for Large Appliances: Air Fryers (our largest product) require specialized packaging and handling to avoid damage during transit. International shipping for such items would result in high costs and increased risk of breakage.
- Customs & Safety Compliance: Kitchen items like Enamel Pots must meet strict Australian food safety standards (e.g., non-toxic coatings). International shipments may face delays due to customs inspections or fail to meet local safety requirements.
For remote Australian areas (e.g., rural Western Australia, outback Queensland, Tasmanian islands), an additional $15 AUD fee applies to Air Fryer shipments. This fee covers extended courier routes and ensures timely delivery to less accessible regions, and is automatically added at checkout when a remote address is entered.

- WA/SA Remote/TAS (Perth, regional SA, Hobart): 4–6 business days (extended due to inter-state transit and regional delivery routes).
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (couriers may use local depots for final delivery, leading to slight delays).

Expedited Shipping:
- Available only for Storage Boxes and Enamel Pots in SA/NSW/VIC/QLD major cities (Air Fryers are too large for expedited handling).
- Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days (priority processing and courier delivery, with morning delivery options for orders placed before 10 AM AEST).
- Holiday Delays: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Black Friday). We recommend placing orders for time-sensitive items (e.g., Air Fryers for holiday cooking) at least 5 business days in advance.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Items (Storage Boxes, Enamel Pots): Processed within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays: ANZAC Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day).
- Air Fryers: Require an extra 1 business day for pre-shipment checks (e.g., verifying all parts—cooking basket, power cord, recipe book—are included; testing basic functionality to ensure the heating element works).

Delivery Details
- Tracking: A unique tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (Australia Post Tracking for standard shipping, Aramex Track for expedited orders).

Packaging Protection:
- Storage Boxes: Packed in durable cardboard boxes with tissue paper to prevent lid damage or bending during transit.
- Enamel Pots: Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in padded boxes to protect the enamel coating from chipping (critical for long-term use).
- Air Fryers: Shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes with foam inserts around the heating element and control panel—this minimizes damage from drops or impacts during delivery.

Delivery Confirmation: Required for all Air Fryer orders (value over $100 AUD) and optional for smaller items. If no one is available to sign for delivery:
- The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local depot.
- Most carriers attempt redelivery once (usually the next business day) before returning the package to us.
Delivery Issues & Claims

Lost/Delayed Orders:
- First, check the tracking link—carriers often mark items as “in transit” even if delayed, or hold packages for address verification (e.g., missing unit numbers for apartment buildings).
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., major city standard shipping takes more than 5 business days), email us with your order number and tracking ID.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days:
- For time-sensitive items (e.g., Enamel Pots for cooking), we send a replacement at no cost.
- For non-urgent items (e.g., Storage Boxes), we offer a full refund or replacement—your choice.

Damaged Items:
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery—note any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt (if possible) and take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item (e.g., chipped Enamel Pot, cracked Air Fryer control panel).
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damage (packaging + item).
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., “Enamel Pot arrived with a 2cm chip on the rim”).
- We will send a replacement item free of charge (no need to return the damaged item—we prioritize getting your home essentials to you quickly) or issue a full refund if preferred.
- Incorrect Address: We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses. Double-check your address at checkout—changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement by emailing our support team. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs ($2.99–$19.99 AUD, depending on the item).
